Orders

Simply add as many items as you want to your cart while browsing our store. Once you wish to proceed with the order, do so by going to the shopping cart and clicking "Checkout".

Follow the instructions by providing us with the delivery information - we will dispatch your package within 24-72 hours.

I have a problem with my order, what can I do?

Something wrong with your order? Don't worry, our team is ready to take action! Please contact us to let us know of the problem, and to help resolve things quickly, we ask that you include photos so we can help identify what happened.

I need to cancel or change my order!

These things happen! Please email us immediately and we will do our best to accommodate your request. If it has already been shipped by our fulfillment partner, you will need to follow our returns process. As we do our best to get your orders to you as soon as possible, sometimes an order will be processed before the team has a chance to modify it.

We cannot guarantee a change of order once the order has been placed, so please select your items carefully.

Our website only uses 100% certified secured means of payment such as :

- Credit/Debit Cards

- PayPal 

- G2A pay (American Express, Visa, Mastercard, ...)

Shipping

We offer 2 different shipping options. A Free Shipping option and also a Premium Delivery that cost 5.50$ and it will ensure each customer from Lost/Defect/Broken item(s). Free Shipping We offer free shipping on all orders.

Customers have 24 hours from the time their order is placed to request changes to their shipment. After this time, we believe the order information is correct and will send it to its suppliers to begin processing. Orders cannot be amended or cancelled after the processing stages have begun.

  • Average processing time takes 3-4 working days to be completed. Custom, not in stock and produced on demand items can take up to 5-7 working days in certain cases before shipment is dispatched. 
  • Shipping delay are deeply affected by the COVID situation in the world and your country.
  • For the United States and Canada, it takes 1 to 4 business weeks.
  • 1 to 2 business weeks for European countries 
  • 2 to 4 business weeks for the rest of the world. 

If a product goes out of stock for a short period of time, the delivery time may be extended. Please keep in mind that during a health emergency, your things will be delivered within 60 days at the most. On request, any item received outside of this time limit will be returned.

We will send you an e-mail explaining the tracking of the shipment 3-5 days after the purchase.

Returns

We cannot accept returns unless the item is proven broken or defective due to the manufacturing procedure we employ for all of our items.
